Improvements & Update

When warping around the server, there should now only be a delay when you're in a survival world. Otherwise all teleportation should be instant.

Second, the spleef map was updated. Hopefully you like how it looks a bit better.

Lastly, there are now creative plots. Type /warp creative to access them.
